The lip jelly is smooth, not oily and almost like a non sticky gel. It leaves your lips smooth and smells incredible! I also find that this formula causes a slight numbing/tingling sensation which reminds me of a lip plumper and it definitely plumps my lips, it’s like a bonus. I love it!

Directions: Apply to the lips as required
