Absolutely amazing oil. Really happy with the benefits with arthritis in my knees. Was sceptical at first but now will Definitely recommend it. Top of my list to re purchase. I got the lemongrass one and going to go for the lavender one next time. Plus only took 2/3 days to feel a difference.

My sister recommended this. Bought for my 10 year old who has a knee injury from football. Wanted something natural to use. He says the pain is far less after using for a week. Massaged in and then put a knee support over it. Really good. The lemongrass gives a pleasant scent.

Directions
To use for a massage, apply oil onto palms of hands or directly onto skin and massage until absorbed. To use in a bath, add a few drops of oil to warm water. Add more if desired.
