My mum struggles to sleep due to arthritis and night cramps - so after trying the turmeric calm and loving it myself I gave her some to try. She loved it ordered a pack, she wakes less during the night and her leg cramps are reducing - we are both very happy with this product

I've found it to really help with my anxiety and general well being. If I miss a day of taking it I can feel the effects of not taking it. I've suffered some trauma and I am finding it is helping with my recovery.
