These A6 flashcards are suitable for children 4 - 7 years old, and have been designed to help learn and retain the ‘Tricky Words’ from Phases 2-5. ‘Tricky Words’ are those words that cannot be sounded out easily using phonetic knowledge. These must be learnt and recognised by sight.
Regular use of this resource will encourage prompt recall when reading. These flashcards also provide the opportunity to practise writing the words as they are learning to read them.
Professionally printed on 340gsm card from managed sources and laminated with heavy duty film. These flashcards are wipe clean and include a dry wipe marker with eraser. The pages are held together by a metal ring and have rounded corners.
