Raging Bull's Teriyaki Beef Biltong won the Great Taste Award 2020 from the Guild of Fine Food. Crafted from the same prime cuts of silverside grass fed British & Irish Beef, as Raging Bull's Original Beef Biltong, but with a delicious teriyaki flavouring. This modern Asian twist helps to deliver a Smoky aromatic flavour with Salt and Black Pepper high notes. Incredible.
From the judges at The Guild of Fine Food: “Attractive, thinly sliced, dark, almost black pieces of biltong with a fresh meaty sweet aroma. The biltong releases lovely juices and sweet smoky flavours with a gentle hint of teriyaki. Well-balanced throughout. This has good beefy aromas on the nose and there is some moisture left in the strips as you chew. The promised smoky flavours are there and there is a good sweet/savoury balance. These are very neatly prepped pieces of healthy looking biltong. They are tender, chewy and juicy in the mouth and have a good level of salt which is just enough to make them moreish. There is lots of sweetness from the meat and seasoning and a gentle smoke to add another layer of interest.”

Teriyaki sauce, hydrolysed protein (from SOYA), sweet rice wine, SOYA sauce, modified starch, brown sugar syrup, fermented SOYA BEAN paste, Ginger, WHEAT, hickory Smoke, Seasoning mix: Salt, Spices (coriander, black pepper)Caster Sugar. Flavouring ( contains yeast extract, salt maltodextrin, Caramelised sugar, sunflower oil. Flavourings (process flavourings, natural flavours) preservative :potassium sorbate.
