Menu Options
Designed to provide a clear airflow passage to the void underneath a suspended floor.
Telescopic vent part number: G960.
Provides 6,600mm² of airflow.
The telescopic feature enables it to be adjusted between 3 and 7 brick courses.
The right airflow can be achieved when the ventilator is used with a Manthorpe G930 airbrick.
Special grille included to prevent entry of vermin.
Extension sleeves and other fittings for this product available in our shop.
Meets NHBC requirements for the control of condensation in buildings.
Underfloor Vent Product Range
G960 Telescopic underfloor vent: Steps 3 - 5 brick courses.
G961 Extension sleeve: Steps 150mm vertically or 185mm rear horizontally.
G962 Remote void vent: Fits onto the bottom of the G960 telescopic vent.
G935 Pair of cavity sleeves: Fits to the front of the telescopic for a 120 - 280mm extra extension.
G930 Airbrick: Available in 6 different colours.
