Used only twice, AM/PM & noticed slight brightness already. No sensitivity experienced at all & a pleasantly light mint flavour. brighter. Product is 12g so not sure it'll last 4-6 months, time will tell.

Product description
Our Teeth Whitening Powder has been designed to turn any toothpaste, into a whitening toothpaste! It has been formulated with an advance active whitening ingredient called PAP, which will whiten and brighten your teeth whilst ensuring no damage to your enamel or causing tooth sensitivity.
Directions for use with toothpaste: Wet your toothbrush and shake off any excess water, then apply toothpaste to the brush. Gently dip your toothbrush into the powder jar, so that the toothpaste is evenly coated. Brush thoroughly for 2 minutes. Expel and rinse mouth after use. Use twice a day if desired.
