Before You Begin
Your treatment should occur at night, or before your longest sleep. Brush teeth thoroughly for 2 minutes before use.
Applying formula
Each syringe contains enough gel for a single whitening treatment. Twist off the pod cap, apply half of the gel evenly to the top of the mouth tray and the other half to the bottom.
Starting your treatment
Power on the LED Light by pressing the button, and place the device in your mouth. The device will automatically power off after 10 minutes to signal the end of your treatment. Rinse mouth with warm water to expel and excess gel.
Cleaning the Mouth Tray
Always separate the Mouth Tray from the LED light before cleaning with water.
