Iv had a really bad experience with order ordered I ordered 5 kaftans in grey but only recieved one I need my money back I paid £50 and and only received one no one is getting back to me

I then asked on the live if this was 100% linen the answer was yes just had my delivery and it’s 85% viscose 15% polyester

It had makeup stains on the neckline and smelled of body odor. Clearly worn before. Seller refuses returns despite the condition. Very disappointed—avoid!

At first I was a bit unsure about as it was one size and I am 5”6 but I took the risk and it fits me perfectly and the material is so good.

So during live I asked them about the material and she said it’s linen.. I received my package today and it’s definitely not linen.. it’s viscose and polyester.. and I can’t wear polyester

It’s not true to size. I’m a size 12 but the trouser is too tight on the hips and not long enough.
So I can imagine the trouser will definitely not fit a size 14,16 and 18.
