This is adorable wished I'd got the next size up as its come up smaller and I measured my dog 2/3 times. Only tried on so can't comment on how strong it is when in use. But looks so.cute and looks well made and padded. Got size sml for my 16wk old cocker spaniel & cow print for my cockapoo. So cute
