Lychee Flavoured Tapioca Pearls perfect to add in drinks like Bubble tea or you can even include these fruity, chewy pearls to many Asian desserts to add a variety of texture and flavour! They are quick and easy to make, ready in just 5 minutes!
Instructions:
•Boil 10 cups of water for every 1 cup of tapioca pearls in a large pot. Add tapioca slowly into the boiling pot and stir lightly.
•Wait until tapioca floats to water surface. Cover pot. Cook in medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Turn off heat and simmer another 2-5 minutes (adjust time to soften tapioca to personal tstes).
•Scoop out tapioca and let it rest in cold water for 20 seconds. Scoop out tapioca into dry bowl and mix in sugar or honey.
Serving Tips:
•Prepared tapioca is delicious hot or cold. Add into beverages like milt tea or coffee or into desserts.
•Please eat tapioca within 4 hours after cooking.
•After opening package, please reseal and refrigerate unused portion and use as soon as possible.
