Naturally sweet, we infuse our bestselling Aged White Balsamic to create a delicious, versatile & intensely flavourful dressing. Balancing the tomato with the slightest hint of chilli gives a gentle warmth without the chilli kick.

Try a few drops on nachos, bruschetta, seafood, ceviche, salads, sautéed greens, rice dishes, couscous, halloumi & asparagus. It's especially good with cold meats, olives, antipasti & crusty bread with a glass of something cold!

All the sweetness is natural, from the grapes & the fruit; we don't add a grain of sugar, resulting in a clean, fresh-tasting dressing.

Add a drizzle to any salad - especially goat's cheese - couscous or quinoa, fish, prawns & more. Or try a dash in a Prosecco or a tall glass with ice & soda water for a refreshing long drink!

Whilst not as thick as our 'traditional' aged range, it's noticeably thicker & more syrupy than any we've seen. Just a few drops will add a zing to salads, fish, prawns or scallops.

Although less common than the darker balsamic vinegars, the White Balsamic range is incredible, with bright, fresh summery flavours bursting through. It's aged until just the right balance of sweetness & viscosity is attained, then infused with fruit with no added sugar, caramel (E150) or thickeners. That's what sets us apart from many others.
