I bought a 8 - 10, I'm usually a 10 - small 12 however there was plenty of room in this so glad I went down a size. Nice jacket and good quality. The sleeves are ruched so they feel like they rise up slightly so if this would bother you I'd stick closer to your true size , very happy with purchase
