Peak Supps Super Strength Fish Oil provides almost double the amount of EPA & DHA per Softgel compared to our standard version.
Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid commonly sourced from fish oil. These essential fatty acids are made up of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) which are both long chain fatty acids that have been shown to provide several health benefits.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. DHA & EPA also contribute to the normal function of the heart. To obtain these benefits, a minimum of 250mg of DHA & EPA must be taken daily. The human body is unable to produce Omega 3, therefore we must consume it through supplementation or dietary sources.
