I received my new hoover nearly 2 weeks ago, but I was in hospital with COVID and only opened it yesterday,that small part was lying in the plastic bag within the box,I was really looking forward to using it,and testing it

Suction is very poor, I’m disabled and bought it for taking upstairs. Although the bottom part is ok the actual suction part is tiny and not nearly powerful enough, also you have to keep using your foot on the bottom of it as it’s very stiff and not flexible enough

Am very disappointed in this hoover..it does not pick up much especially with the big head on it...only with the small head..the suction is good.

What an amazing hover I hover my mums room and the dog hair and dust was loads and she is very house proud I recommend to everyone

Fantastic omggg got rid of deep dirt in my carpet that I could not physically see . Really impressed, different nozzles which you can use for different parts of the floor , carpet or corners . Nice and light weight easy to assemble didn’t even need to read the manual just looked at the diagrams.
