Definitely helps keeps my mouth closed, its pretty much like a plaster, only negative thing is when i take it off it feels like im waxing my moustache off as it is strong and pulls my hair off, but tbf thats good its strong.

So far ive used a weeks worth roughly and unfortunately I'm still snoring like a bear 🐻 they stay on really well and I like the new design, I feel like I'm sleeping through the night better but still waking feeling very tired and unrested hopefully I start to notice a difference soon.

These are so difficult to unpeel at night. And then they also stretch that much so applying them in order to cover the entire mouth is a right pain, deffo not worth the money
