Get ready for the ultimate sequencing challenge with Skip-Bo! This fast-paced card game will test your skills and strategy as you race to be the first player to discard all your cards.
What's in the box:
•162 cards (including numbered cards 1-12, Skip-Bo wild cards, and blank cards)
•Instruction booklet
Number of players: 2-6
Objective: Be the first player to get rid of all the cards in your personal Stockpile.
Setup:
•Shuffle the deck and deal each player 30 cards face down (20 cards for 5 or 6 players). This is your Stockpile.
•Place the remaining cards face down in the center of the playing area. This is the Draw Pile.
•Create four discard piles next to the Draw Pile, one for each player.
•The youngest player starts the game.
Playing the game:
•Draw five cards: On your turn, draw five cards from the Draw Pile to fill your hand.
•Build the stacks: Try to play cards in ascending numerical order (2, 3, 4...) onto any of the four "Build" piles in the center. Each pile can only start with a 1 or a Skip-Bo card.
•Play from anywhere: You can play cards from your hand, the top card of your Stockpile, or from any of your four discard piles.
•Skip-Bo power: The Skip-Bo wild card can be played as any number you need. Use them wisely to clear out your hand and build the stacks faster!
•Discarding: If you can't or choose not to play any cards, discard one card from your hand to any of your four discard piles.
•Draw again: If you played all five cards in your hand, draw five more from the Draw Pile.
•Next player: The turn ends when you discard a card. The player to your left goes next.
Winning the game:
•The first player to empty their Stockpile wins the game!
