Delivery Your bought item will be sent via 2nd class recorded delivery. We post the item(s) within 24 - 48 hours after receiving a cleared payment. If you are unable to receive your parcel for any reason, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If you have not collected the item within three weeks from local sorting office the parcel will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.No items will be sent out on bank holidays but normal service will resume on the next working day.Please state if you wish to receive the item via 1st class recorded delivery.
