Seller blatantly lied about not receiving my returned parcel even though they had it. Cancelled and rejected my refund without reason, deliberately ignored every message, and refused to return my money. Thankfully TikTok shop stepped in. Absolutely deceitful and untrustworthy- avoid at all costs
