The order was delayed a week and when it came there was nothing in the package apart from an order print out sticky label. I'm disgusted at the poor service and the very fact that the underwear wasn't even sent is ridiculous.

Received an empty parcel bag with a note to say my order won’t be dispatched until 7 days after its estimated delivery date. Why not just email instead of having tracking say my parcel is on its way when it’s actually an empty bag? Said they’ve sent a free gift ‘while I wait’ and there isn’t one.

Ordered 2 sets but had only received one. Customer service team told me it had been sent separately but it has now been 2 weeks and I still haven’t been sent the second set. With the set that did come, I ordered a size S but had a Medium sent instead.
