Very dissapointing to have received something i did not order, I ordered blinds that needed no tools. I have received blinds that need tools to I stall. I need to return as they are no use to me.

Ordered 8 blinds in total, only recieved 2 so 6 missing. Have sent over proof and photos of my 2 delivered blinds, been offered replacement blinds but can't give me a refund. These were purchased on the 12th of December. Still not been resolved.
