Material is stretchy ,but for me i thnk size 10 would fit better,because my normal 12 is a little bit big...
I would recommend this to the nxt buyer

I had ordered this before BUT that was before I’d lost weight and it really wasn’t a good fit BUT now I’ve lost weight it looks better and again for the price it isn’t too bad - you may need to wear an underskirt with it as it’s not as thick as shown on the photos but it is a lovely skirt
