Easy to use. Resistance is good. I'm under 5' so have to wrap the bands around the bar a bit. I feel I'm getting a bit of a work out.

Great piece of kit: you don’t even need weights with this: folds in half. Only issue is making it more resistant but I found tying a knot in each end works just fine.
