International standard postage is a budget shipping option, therefore parcels may take longer than estimated to arrive. Express International tracked and signed is available as an option upon checkout. If you need to track your shipment or need your order in a timely manner, we advise on choosing Express postage as this includes tracking and is the quickest option for international postage available to us. That being said, it is not uncommon for international shipments to hit delays through customs etc on route, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

* Shipping within the united kingdom will be sent 2nd class royal mail, express tracked and signed shipping is also available but this is an option upon checkout. Please note, 2nd class shipping does not hold a tracking number!

*Unfortunately we cannot issue gift notes with orders. Due to this, the gift note option has been removed from our listings.

* Our wooden and slate products are made from natural materials so the colour, Grain and texture may vary from the pictures. The engraving may also be lighter or darker than the images, unfortunately due to the wood being a natural product, we cannot guarantee the outcome. Our slate products may also have some rough and uneven edges due to its natural properties.

*Due to the production process of our wooden items, we sometimes get remnants of soot after cutting and engraving. We do our very best to clean this up but sometimes some remnants of soot may remain.
