How to order:

 

Purchase the item in the TikTok shop.

Message me afterwards purchase using the notes section or Tik Tok messages with the following information:

 

Text number and colour

Design choice/number

Text wording/writing

 

Please note that failure to send the required information will lead to a generic text/colour being chosen.

Thank you for ordering with HandmadebySoph. We hope you will be very happy with your purchase. We aim to personalise and dispatch your order within 72 hours of you placing your order. There may be exceptional circumstances outside of our control whereby we are not able to dispatch within this period (for example if we need to order your product as a special order) but we endeavour to keep you updated on your purchase.

When placing your order please ensure you have:

1.    Messaged at the time of purchase with the following details (These are all available to view on each listing):

v The design you would like (If applicable)

v The font type you would like.

v The colour of the font and design.

 

2.    Double-checked the text you input as the products will be personalised to the exact wording (including capital letters and letter case) that you have inputted, therefore please ensure this is correct.

 

3.    Sent the personalisation (including the design, font, and colour) within 24 hours of purchase. Failing to do this may lead to a plain product being sent or a neutral colour being used.

Refunds will only be accepted on items that are damaged, defective or have incorrect embroidery. Refunds will not be given if you are unhappy with the product choices you make.
