Iâve just woken up after a horrible night of haemorrhaging, and even though I had to wear pads with these, Iâve woken up with absolutely no blood stains on my sheets or PJs. I would never have believed this was possible! I have fibroids and other issues, so I cannot recommend these beauties enough!
