Best pre workout. Was sceptical of spending £30/£40 on something that might not work, but it makes you sweat, gives you a huge boost in the gym but be warned it might make you 💩🤣
But its working towards my weight loss.

Best product ever, I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, and struggle to move in the mornings as I'm stiff in alot pain. This gives me the energy to move around work. But by mid day I do crash...and struggle in pain till I finish my shift. need energy to survive work. Shame it can't be consumed twice.

The sour creep crawlie flavour is absolutely vile! I have 2 other oxyshred tubs and they’re pleasant to drink but this flavour is like drinking pure chemicals. Total waste of £35 😟 wish there was a trial pack to taste flavours before ordering a full tub to go to waste
