I have only come to realize that most pre work causes itchness. I wouldn't have bothered purchasing. I used this product for the first time this morning and I have been itching for more than an hour. Still itching as I write this. Going into the bin straight away. It tastes so good though 😂

Didn’t realise I bought the stim free version, normally I’m not too bothered if it contains caffeine or not but this one has the after taste of washing up liquid, really disgusting compared to the normal one, I’m actually very disappointed as I’m normally very impressed with my protein products
