Fab sugar alternative. I use to have 2 sugars in my tea. Now I have two full lids of this coconut sugar. Tastes fab in tea, healthy option. Used in baking too. Gave some to family to try and they are now using it too. Bonus. Added extra for collagen lid full too in tea every morning X3 a day for me
