It makes my lashes feel nice and soft but not sure I would buy again. The product is fine but I’m not wowed by it unfortunately.

I have placed 5-6 orders with Perl Cosmetics in the past and loved all of them! However, when I received the lash oil, it was packaged in a brown paper bag with 4 packing peanuts and a crumpled up instructional card, which isnt as good as the usual neat box with pink shredded paper. So disappointed.
