These gummies are great tasting. Their active ingredients are mostly herbs and they have L-Theanine in them. They're high sugar so I would use them a couple of hours before bed. I'm enjoying their use.

Couldn’t reccomend these more!!! I have struggled with insomnia since I was a child and have taken prescription medication for it and these honestly work so much better!! I take two and im asleep within an hour. if you’re having trouble sleeping , please give these a go!! they taste so nice aswell!!
