Such a great bundle with fabulous designs I used some of it for creating well-being boxes for family members who I know it could help them have a better 2024 for their mental health . This box was such a bargain . These products are helping save lives

I'm really strugglin with my PTSD&Agoraphobia.I want 2 get better.These will really help me self care whilst waiting for therapy.i had a assessment.I showed them your note books & they said they would be gr8 2 work alongside CBT.the therapist said my trauma is 2 complex so Sadly no therapy 4me yet.
