Received this today. Only took 5 days to arrive so very quick. It's OK but it's an acquired taste and will take some getting used too, i only managed a few minutes swilling, hopefully i will get longer. Hope I see some benefits soon. Would recommend,

Ingredients
Double Mint: Cocos Nucifera Oil*^, Sesamum Indicum Seed Oil*^, Mentha Piperita Oil*^, Mentha Spicata Herb Oil*^, Tocopherol*, Menthol*.
Italian Lemon: Cocos Nucifera Oil*^, Sesamum Indicum Seed Oil*^, Citrus Limon Peel Oil*^, Tocopherol*, Menthol*.
Charcoal Thyme: Cocos Nucifera Oil*^, Sesamum Indicum Seed Oil*^, Thymus Vulgaris Oil*^, Charcoal Powder*, Tocopherol*, Menthol*. *Natural, ^Organic.
How to use
Scoop a teaspoon of oil and let it melt in the mouth. Swish it through tongue and teeth for 10 to 20 min then spit out, without swallowing.
