Didn’t even want to give 1 star really disappointed cakes are nothing like the picture had 3 the same none have labels on describing what is what another was squashed as you can see in the picture they are also smaller asked for refund and it’s been rejected so will be appealing!!

Nothing like the image they were meant to be for gifts for Christmas very disappointed. Nowhere stated that that there could be cupcakes in there it's states mix of mini loafs. Packaging wasn't the same as photo and I bought 3 of theses so very disappointed.

Nothing like the item advertised. Tried to return them for a refund but not accepted. I don’t want the cakes I will send them back I just want my money back. I had to buy new gifts as I couldn’t give these. I am so disappointed. This is what I received. Absolutely nothing like they are advertised

Did not receive 6 MINI CAKE LOAFS AS DESCRIBED !!!! Scamming people into thinking they are receiving something they are not !! Looks to me like they ran out of loafs and put any old thing in the boxes including cupcakes !!! And declining my refund !!!! AVOID THIS SELLER !!!!!!

SCAM! The box of cakes I received were NOTHING like advertised. Look like they're from a petrol station, I was so embarrassed I couldn't give them as gifts & I would never have bought if I knew thats what would arrive! The cheek of denying my refund request because I "got cakes" is a JOKE!! AVOID!

Yeah they are cakes but they ain't the cakes that I ordered, was disappointed in the service considering my sister brought three of these cakes boxes from your business all came correct except mine... and still waiting on someone to respond back to me, I ordered it a week and so before Christmas.
