It's great but I'm missing 1 plug from the bottom of the bucket, it's an essential part for it to be used properly, can someone plz message me about it, iv tried to get in touch. If not I will request a full refund

Received the mop one of the plugs is missing. ready the reviews and there’s lots of complaints about this. It is useless without the plug. If you have had so many complaints why did you not check the box to see if they are both there.

Unfortunately one of the rubber stoppers was missing from package so basically bucket is unusable really disappointing as it looked good
