The thick rubber outer layer prevents any floor damage with the no bounce design also protecting the shotput from damage. Simultaneously, these features combine to ensure the pro shot ball retains its shape throughout lengthy and continued use. The carefully manufactured safety features ensure the training shot put is suitable for use indoors and outdoors- ideal for schools and athletic clubs.
Available in a number of different weight classifications, kids as young as 5 years old can begin to learn how to throw a training shot, with shot put weights starting from 1kg and rising to 3.25kg.
