Metal Poppy made from sheet steel and iron rebar. Decor Flower Decorative Metallic Paint Ornaments

Like all my flowers, each flower is made from a combo of sheet steel and then hard wearing iron rebar for the stem. Each flower is painted with hard wearing car paint to produce the brilliant colours. They are then clear coated with car clear coat.

The poppies feature a beautiful metallic coral red paint, with a black centre. Each poppy is then coated with some crystal blue sparkle to add to the effect.

Due to each poppy being handmade there may be differences in the final finish.

Each poppy is roughly 37cm tall, 12cm across the face and has a depth of around 5-6cm

Every flower is handmade from iron rebar and sheet steel or stainless steel where noted. These are all welded together from my own patterns and designs which I have developed since starting my business in August 2020. Each flower is then painted with the highest quality car paints which produce the exceptionally bright colours on each of my flowers.

Each flower is painted with primer, multiple layers of paint and then clear coated to give each one a great shine but also to make them as hard wearing as possible. Flowers are typically around 20-35 cm tall but this can differ from design to design.

A common question I get asked is if these can be placed outside. The paint and clear coat will protect the flowers from the elements well but will eventually shows signs of weathering but this can take years to occur. The flowers also look nice placed in a decorative vase or bottle inside the house also.

I am regularly changing the colour schemes of the special flowers i produce but do also keep a stock of regular colours. Custom colours or creations can be made upon request.
