I ordered this as a gift when it arrived it was not a mattress topper but a mattress protector and was not Silentnight it was from Primark. Tried to email the seller to see what they had to say and the email just kept getting thrown back . gifted it to someone who needed a protector , worst buy yet

Do not order from here they are theirs, will send you wrong order, once you return they will dispute and say they have got wrong order back.
I ordered 3 matress toppers only to recieve a quilt. I sent it back straight away, his recieved it and now won't guve money and saying he got back 1 quilt.

Really disappointed with this item though. Very thin and definitely not a thick topper . More like a mattress protector. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

So comfy I now never want to leave my bed 😂. Love the fact that it is 2 straps that go round the whole bed as my partner is very fidgety and the normal ones that just go over the corners always end up coming off every night but this one hasn't budged once
