Very poor customer service and wrong item was sent , recieved a cheap piece of foam and shop refused refund or exchange until they had to by tiktok, be careful with purchasing from this company

Liars. The sizing is extremely wrong. It’s 77x190 and there was supposed to be a zip but there isn’t. The thickness is 7cm. I love the material but the sizing is completely wrong:( I wish they had accurate sizing.
