Instructions for Preparing Gluten-Free Pancakes
Low Carb Pancake Mix - Gluten Free Pancake Flour 500g
Ingredients (for 5 pancakes):
75g Gluten-Free Pancake Flour
A pinch of salt
8g coconut oil (microwave to make it liquid if necessary)
2 free-range eggs
170g lukewarm water
Whisk together the eggs, lukewarm water, salt, and liquid coconut oil using a hand mixer. Gradually add the Gluten-Free Pancake Flour, using quick and gentle movements to combine the batter smoothly. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes before cooking. Heat a greased pan over medium heat and pour in the batter to form pancakes. Cook until edges start to brown, then fold and serve.
