To apply, we'd recommend using our 'Perfect Pigment Brush,' by dabbing the silicone brush head into the pigment, tapping off any excess and applying straight to the eyes. You can also apply on top of a tacky base, such as a glitter primer for a more pigmented, longer lasting hold.
