Omg I am so shocked at how amazing the quality is of this lip liner and lipstick. It feels more like a balm , not dry. The liner also feels so perfect like not too dry and not too smooth. I have dry lips and I always have problems with lip liners from Mac and Fenty But this one I had zero issues!
