I just received this rug today and it's not what it shows or says on the site. It's very very thin and it's bauld. There's barley any of the fur on it. Not worth the money

It's a lovely rug, pure smells so beware when you first take it out of packaging, but once aired we'll worth it.

I have recieved the wrong product. I ordered this rug in dark grey and have recieved the light grey colour.

Had to request a refund as item was never out for delivery and never got an explanation why it hadn’t been posted so had to request a refund

Lovely and soft but not as fluffy as i thought. However it does hoover very well.

The quality of this is just awful. It’s thin and light and sparse on fluff. I thought I would take a punt on this as it was so cheap. It spent more time in the delivery van than it did on my floor. Complements to the fluffer of these before the photos were taken.

Thinner than I expected, came vacuumed packed real fluffy soft to the touch, only problem smelt a bit funky

It was cheap, I guess you get what you pay for, pile very sparse, bald in places, like design and colour but very poor quality

Just brilliant it's soft, large and so nice
