I am a size 6/8 and got a small. The fit is perfect but the cups have a slight pyramid nipple situation going on. Nothing I cant fix but I would consider adding maybe a little bit of padding if wearing out. Otherwise a really pretty top, delicate and dainty. A good buy!!
