This product was poor quality. It's not vibrating properly anymore and the light doesn't work. Cheap enough, but not what my daughter appreciate as she suffers with anxiety.

I bought this for my 6 year old son who absolutely loves it. Definitely worth the money. I love how it has different settings too including lullaby music as well as the breathing and light. I would highly recommend this for helping anyone especially little ones to go to sleep.
