Pockets which hold piping damaged- either stitched up so cant put piping or torn on one side so no support. Torn down one side of the windows. Torn by liftable door. Disappointed- Its not that safe to use for young children as advertised.

I do not recommend this product! My grandson played with this twice and the sticks/supports snapped! Not very stable and quite flimsy! Waste of money!

I’m really disappointed I bought this for my kids and opened it up tonight to have it up for in morning and the window on it is ripped I can’t send it back without paying for the postage an yet I’ll only get refund for the product so I have to pay more for postage now is that acceptable
