Ordered one for my boyfriend a while ago, love it, no mess with the incence, works perfect. Ordered myself one and the metal part that holds the incence doesn’t fit into the screw on the base, it’s like they have sent the wrong part, very annoying.

Shame it doesn’t come with glass to hold the incense residue .. invest more into one with glass

Lovely incense burner, doesn’t spill any ash it all collects on the wooden dish: unfortunately the dish doesn’t sit level, the weight of the mental part that the incense hangs from is far heavier than the wooden dish it sits on so it is lopsided

Hi I did receive it but it not holding to the screw at all if you can send me a vidio how to fix it I tried to put the screw and on to the stand metal it not going in tank you
