These essentials are perfect for you whether you are being induced, have a vaginal birth with or without perineal tears, or a C-section. Spritz For Bits – the holy grail of postpartum relief this iconic award-winning bottle of wonder will bring relief to the parts other sprays can only dream of reaching. It is perfect as a freshen-up if you are staying for induction of labour and throughout your whole labour but once baby has arrived be it vaginally or c-section you may feel sore and bruised and in need of something that will bring comfort. Containing the highest quality ingredients in therapeutic doses of Vitamin E to maintain skin integrity, Witch-Hazel to promote healing, Lavender Oil for soothing relief and Tea-tree oil for its anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. 

No Harm Nipple Balm has to be in there as both a protector and a saviour. Safe to use throughout pregnancy as a nipple moisturiser (also an incredible lip balm!!) when the delicate skin stretches and can become irritable and itchy, but an absolute must-have post-birth to protect nipples from baby’s saliva and to heal any trauma that may occur from a poor latch. Apply liberally before and after a feed and safe for baby to ingest so need to wipe off.
