Love it! So easy to click into place! Only just put in so cannot comment on if they begin to hurt the nose or not.
Front one is 9mm. Second one is 10mm.

I would always get a 7mm as I feel as though any smaller would be too small for anyone’s nose. Really sturdy and hasn’t come apart. It’s a ring that clips open and closed.
