I Highly recommend this! Helped with severe back spasms and pain. I would advise not using with heat pad though! Best ever!

Delivered quickly. Not sure I can comment on the effectiveness of the pain relief as there are no instructions on how often it can be applied, so have played it safe & applied twice daily. Sadly, So far, no magical relief from a two disc prolapse. But I am going to persevere
